Welcome

Rev. Dr. Stephen is no stranger to many of us. Last year we invited him to speak in our Seminar on Prayer. We are glad that this year he is able to give his time to us to share with us in our seminar on the Triumphant Christian life. For this trip he brings with him his wife Ps. Dr. Catherine Chin. We extend our warmest welcome to both of them.

Rev. Dr. Stephen accepted the Lord Jesus Christ in 1971. He was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit in June 1974. He completed his Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Master in Construction Management degrees from England.

He practiced in both the Construction and Consultancy Industry for 18 years before responding to God’s call. He completed his Theological Studies with Doctorate of Ministry and Doctorate of Divinity from USA.

He pioneered Covenant Community Life Church in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1996. He was ordained by World Evangelist Outreach (USA). Presently, he is the Senior Pastor and President of Asia of Pacific Seminary which conducts E-learning theological Programs from USA.

He is also the Director of Millennium International University (USA) which offers Bachelor to Doctorate E-learning program with students in the South East Asian and Asian Pacific Region. Both Asia Pacific Seminary and Millennium International University are accredited IS0 9001:2000 by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).

He is a man after God’s heart and understands the secret things of the Lord through his lifestyle of worship and prayer. He conducts seminars, Pastor conferences, national denominational conferences, church camps and lectures in Bible Seminary/Colleges in many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Europe, East Asia, South East Asia, India and Africa. He ministers to all denomination such as Anglican, Baptist, Assembly of God, Methodist, Lutheran, Presbyterian and so on.

A Gifted teacher, he ministers the Word of God with a strong teaching anointing, presenting the Word in simplicity, clarity and authority. He is sensitive to the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. He is married to Ps. Dr. Catherine Chin and has two sons, William and David Roland.
